Sandra and Jimmy are the best host ever. The food is fantastic and the lodging is very comfortable. Nice to be pampered after a week of cold showers. Thanks again to our friends for the awesome hospitality.

Our group of 14 had been in 2 places for our week in Honduras. After being in the mountains and in a house with only cold water in a city and seeing much more sparse conditions in Honduras I felt like I was walking into a mansion at Casa el Meson! Jimmy and family are as everyone else has stated... More

I just stayed her for a week while on a volunteer project. Jimmy and Sandra and their kids were so welcoming. Sandra makes the BEST FOOD! I would look forward to her breakfasts and dinners because I knew it would be something great! And her oldest daughter makes delicious desserts! The place itself was very clean, cute, comfortable, and most... More

Location was convenient as it was central to malls and food. We felt very safe walking around Colonia tara even at night. They were very accommodating to our schedule and Jimmy (the husband) designed a wonderful tour of the mountains including a coffee plantation that we really wanted to see.

The family that run the B & B were very friendly and did an outstanding job at making our group feel welcome. When we arrived they helped us find our rooms and told us to make ourselves at home. The rooms were great and very clean. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious and it was nice having a home cooked... More

Jimmy and Sandra are the sweetest people you will meet. As a mission ministry that must have rooms and transportation, they are my go to people. Their B&B is the best of the best. They are always there for me. You will feel special the moment you walk in the door.

The family was amazing and ready with the open door and an open smile. They gave us everything thing we needed the last night we were in Honduras. It was a wonderful stay. I would recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here with engineers without borders...the owners are very nice and accomodating...air conditioned rooms...great meals...the husband also runs a tour company too...also, very safe..the owners make sure they only accept good visitors...the community is gated and so is the b&b...so you have a great place to stay with no worries whether you are here volunteering nearby or being a tourist
