I went to Las Cascadas with a friend in September. It was incredible, we went hiking, biking, did yoga classes and had a Thai massage. The food was excellent, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, delicious meats and freshly squeezed juices on tap. I returned with my fiancé in January, as I knew he would love it and he did.... More

Experience the Honduran jungle, rivers and wildlife with experienced and knowledgeable staff. Everything you need is there or will be found for you. Relax or raft, snorkel, hike and swim in a fantastic river valley! I traveled solo but met many interesting people at the lodge, on rafting trips and on hikes up the mountain to the falls. It couldn't... More

We are a bit late getting this review in... My husband and I spent a week at Las Cascadas for our honeymoon in July and we absolutely loved it. We were welcomed with a cabin full of flower petals and a bottle of champagne. Gestures like this make such a special impression and really set the tone of the visit.... More

Six of us (3 couples) stayed at Las Cascadas the last week of July, 2011. Ryan, the manager, was the consummate host . He planned our trips, anticipated our needs, was friendly, helpful, funny, informative, invisible when we wanted him to be, and there when we needed him. The staff, Olvin (the chef), Miriam and Myra were also wonderful and... More

Having travelled widely and often using tripadvisor I have, until now, never felt compelled to write a review. If you're reading this you've been lucky enough to have heard about Las Cascadas Lodge and you'll have probably already read several other 10/10 reviews for this place. My recommendation is stop reading now change website and book your flights and reservation... More

Thanks to all of the staff at Las Cascadas Lodge for looking after us during our stay! The lodge, and the accommodation within and around the lodge, are designed to be natural, interesting, a little wild and yet very comfortable and secure. It achieves these objectives really well. It is a very interesting place, with private waterfalls/pools to swim in... More

Imagine you were a multi-millionare and had houses in key locations around the world, that is the feel of this "hotel" It is really a private house with two rooms added, but much of the time you will have the place to yourself, whomever you go with and a small staff that keeps it immaculate. There is a large living... More

We stayed for only one night earlier this month and it was a great splurge on our 2 week trip. We were the only ones there that day/night so it felt like a private lodge. We hiked up to the higher waterfall on the property (about 15 min uphill) and it was one of the nicer swimming holes anywhere, and... More

My wife and I arrived at Las Cascadas just before the new year and were delighted with the entire week-long experience. We were welcomed at the airport by an excellent driver/tour guide that the manager, Bruce, had arranged for us. At that point, it was if we had our trip put on auto-pilot. Our initial impression of the grounds had... More

Magical lost paradise in Honduras, very good vibes and incredibly welcoming service. Enchanting tour of the areas, the perfect getaway to relax and charge your batteries. Since i've been here, I've been sending all my friends traveling together, as couple or on honey moon. The sound of the cascade will do the trick. Pick up from the city was available,... More
