Excellent and very friendly service by both Raquel and Jolanda at the front desk in helping me get to a good English-speaking guide (Julio Melendez) to the Copán Ruinas, later to see the wonderful birds at Macaw Mountain, and finally to get my bus ticket to Tegucigalpa. A simple but tasty breakfast was served every morning, and provided a good... More

Clean, quiet and secured. Just 2 blocks from main square. Has free breakfast and wifi. Also has small playing and partying area, has kitchen with fridge and microwave. *no hot water* dorms are spacious and have common toilet. People are friendly and helpful; speak good english

Was only in Copán to catch a 6AM bus to La Ceiba the next morning. Didn't get a wink of sleep: despite asking the guests who were blasting music so loudly the speakers made cracking/screeching noises to pipe down, the paper-thin walls enabled me to understand their conversations word for word. The dorm was extremely cramped, 6 people and all... More

The location perfect, the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly! The bed comfortable! Very clean! Breakfast is included! Good atmosphere! And good for chilling and meeting people!! You can walk from there to the Copan Ruins it's just few minutes! Paid 8$ per night!

Dorm was small as in there were only 4 beds and clean and there was a decent kitchen. The hostel is close to a grocery store and within walking distance (about 1 km) to the ruins. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped book our tickets to La Cebia via San Pedro Sula. They charge a little more, but not... More

The hostel was pretty expensive, even for the dorms. Dorms were muggy and not very clean. Also no keys for the door. and no locks provided. The service was not existing. When I asked for the prices to get so SPS, the reception-lady told me a price way more expensive than the actual ticket price, we found out at the... More

Having been in ulita and Le ceba, before which were very dirty, Copan was beautiful the plaza area was great. Wendy at reception was very helpful but you do need to speak a little Spanish, the hostel and staff were fantastic, free pool table, gym, full stocked clean kitchen and showers had hot water. Couple of hammocks upstairs give a great... More

the facility is splitted into two areas/houses next to each other. the rooms are a little small and in rainyseason sometimes there is no water and no electricity. people are frindly and the village copan has a nice, charming appearance. furthermore it conveyed a very secure feeling, even at night.

We had a private room in this hostel and it was pretty standard (but on the spacious side). The door was right next to the reception, so it did get noise at times (and guests occasionally tend to gather there to drink beer and chat). Fernando was a helpful sort, which assisted us getting on to León in Nicaragua. We... More

We arrived in Copan Ruinas late after the Casasola Express coach was replaced with a chicken bus and it took a couple of hours longer. Walking through the town in the dark, Berakah was the first hostel we came across and turned out to be a great choice. Positives: - Good value private room - Really friendly staff. One gave... More
