This is a quaint hotel at the north tip of the island that features "room for 12 people". We visited this place to just check it out and didn't actually stay here, but met the owner Jamie who could not have been nicer to us. We did enjoy the best Key lime pie I've had for awhile. The place is... More

The place is at a very good location for Kite surfing. The only problem is the owner of the place. He's about cash and stresses you with little things. He's also not polite and talks to his employee with no respect, witch discussed me. Also, very hard to go to town to buy things or to get money from te... More

I recently spent six weeks at camp bay resort to aquire my open water scuba instructor certification. I was the only canidate there.I met the new owner on the first day, and was told not to go on the grounds at night because of his security people who I would never see would shoot me. Several times he brandished a... More

We were exploring Roatan and found ourselves at camp bay. We stopped for a few beers. The service was friendly but the place appeared to need some investment. We enquired about the price of the rooms and based on the exterior and remote location, we felt the rooms were pricey but we didn’t stay so perhaps they are worth the... More

My family had a great week at the resort from Aug 18 to Aug 25. The beaches were majestic. It was relaxing. We had an opportunity go diving; it was an experience we will never forget. Dr. Epstein was very helpful and everyone should try scuba class . We felt safe and definitely will be back next year.

Wonderful 1st trip to Roatan . Weather was perfect , diving was amazing , the beach was pristine and the fare was delicious ! Dr. Jami was a very gracious host , his staff were warm and welcoming . :-) The sand flys indiginous to the area were relentless in their biting ability . A word of advise - Be... More

We stopped at camp bay for lunch...beautiful and very peaceful. If I wanted a resort to just get away and relax, this would be the one.... P.S...the iguanas that wonder around love tomatoes! Can't help you on the rooms as we didn't stay there ... But it looked nice!

While visiting Roatan 7/15/13-7/21/13- we spent a day exploring the eastern end of the island, which is very rustic and lightly populated. We had rented an suv, which proved to be a good move as this part of the island is only accessible by non-paved roads. The highlight of the day was found at Camp Bay Beach- where we had... More
