The web page and photos failed to give the correct information. The cabins are located up the hill 100 steps. There is no hot water. If you want to have a relaxing time and/or if you're serious about diving, avoid EOW. Allright, the setting is nice, the view from the hill room is great, once you've climbed the 134 steps ... We selected the EOW resort because of the lovely setting and because we wanted to try Guanaja after numerous trips to Roatan. I question EVERY favorable review of The End of The World. The owner, Capt Brian, failed to mention the additional flight between San Pedro and Guanaja when we asked for a run down of the flight schedule to Guanaja (LaCeiba to Guanaja took an additional 2 hours in time/layover). I've recently returned from my second trip to the End of the World Resort. The island of Guanaja is remote and it will take 2 short flights to get to the island from San Pedro Sula and then a 10-15 minute boat ride to get to the resort.
