Great diving in a protected area. Unfortunately, Turtle Bay is the only resort in the keys so you have to march to their tune. The location is wonderful but the experience was poor. We went with a group of 12 (11 divers, many well-seasoned instructors). I have been to many remote locations to dive around the world. There is no doubt that the main attraction of Turtle Bay Eco Resort is the scuba diving and snorkeling.
