I stayed at Amatique Bay this weekend with 3 other women for a girls' weekend trip. The resort is beautiful, very clean, amazing service, and wonderful food. You can easily find a staff who speaks English and they are so helpful. I plan to return with my husband and hopefully more family. I highly recommend it.

service good but low on staff food horrible and over priced people swim with clothes on in the pool, and there is actually a sign so people dont do it :s party boat not what expected nice and fun swimming pool

This was a very nice large resort in Guatemala. The food and service at the restaurant was exceptional. They have room floor plans for 2 people and for larger families. The pool was so much fun.

Lovely gardens and pool. Complicated towel procedure. Beach not very clean. Staff friendly. Food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very good. Our room was one of the smaller ones. Did not have fridge or safe. Bath water discoloured with odor. Couldn't see out of window. Some chairs to sit outside our room would have been nice.

Funny hotel. Stayed 2 nights as part of our tour in Guatemala. First night diner was served at an extremely slow pace. It took ages to order and get the drinks.
