I have been to Santiago four times since 2008, and I am certain that for tourists, the Posada is the best place in town. Wonderful views across the lake. Loved the stone cabins with real fires. The food is fabulous and the cocktails great. Our favourite was the blackened chicken washed down with dragonfruit margaritas. Enjoyed the craft market and a boat across the lake, but would come back again mainly to stay here. Not to be missed! More
