We stayed here for two nights on a Caravan tour. The locale of the hotel cannot be beat. Right by Lake Atitlan with volcanoes all around. This was our second port of call in Guatemala and it was absolutely delightful. The pool was excellent and very welcome after a sightseeing trip. The Head waiter arranged for us to hire a private boat for a trip around the lake which was great as we got to stop off away from the majority of the tourists. more

The hotel has small below average rooms with very small entrance doors, but the location and views make up for this. It sits on the banks of the lake. The food was the best we had in Guatemala.
