Told we would be picked up in car for $5US but when we arrived they charged us $10US. The dorm beds were meant to be $15US each (as on their website and confirmed by email), which is already crazily expensive for a hostel in Guatemala. Stayed here for one night upon arriving around 9 PM in Guatemala City. Very short trip from airport and not expensive to get to. I stayed in a private room with private bathroom. I had a terrible time here, but I can see the advantages for others. First, the location is great.
