I stayed here for one night after flying into Guatemala City before heading west. The staff was hospitable and friendly and the room was clean and spacious. If you want the charm that only the natives can provide, go downtown by the square and stay here. Staff took care of me, food was excellent, bed and room was very comfortable, but opposite the street...you might want this if you're a light sleeper.
