This place is perfectly located to explore zone 1. If you arrive on Linea Dorada, it's in walking distance from the bus station. It's not the cleanest or nicest place I've ever stayed, but it serves the purpose of being DT Guatemala City. Very centrally located. Dorms have lockers and there's a hot shower. Super chill place.
