Clean and modern city Hotel set amongst many others within a grid system layout. close to many small restaurants. Staff polite, helpful and pleasant. Wewere not happy with the room we had on the first night, as it was overlooked by conference visitors in the morning and we felt like we were in a goldfish bowl! Also, very noisy due... More

Stayed there 1/18-25. Numerous things were and went wrong. Heating system DIDN'T work! Was blowing cold air. Front desk was not friendly. In fact, one person slipped a note under my door for someone else who spelled their last name with one "L". Talk about inefficiency. Breakfast on Friday, 1/24, was LATE as over 50 people were in the hallway... More

the rooms are a bit too filled with furniture, but comfortable, clean beds... in-room internet access easy. breakfast buffet: adequate and plentiful. I arrived late so didn't venture too far for food, but mc Donald's on corner has a café with wonderful fresh brewed coffee.

Arrived to Guatemala City and this hotel was in a nice location- walking distance to some nice restaurants. Front desk staff were curt and not friendly. I stayed here twice and both times felt uncomfortable walking to the front desk due to their demeanor. I felt asking them a question was bothersome. Customer service = not impressive. Room was nice... More

I was here with a tour group. It's OK. Decent room, staff all right. Lady in the hotel bar very nice. Restaurant adequate. It served for one night. I've been told the location is good but since I was just joining a tour group, I can't really vouch for that. It was very close to the airport.

The good: great location in the zona viva, walkable to many restaurants. The bad: overpriced, no pool and rooms are just OK, and the lady at the front desk is not nice! I was there twice in December and the same lady was there both times. She treated me OK, but she was pretty rough with the guests in front... More

When I needed a last-minute overnight close to the airport, I knew that the Best Western would suffice for a mere $75. As expected, it was nothing more than satisfactory. The room was small with a window that looked into the interior of the hotel hallway. Bathroom was about 85% clean. There is no bar at the hotel and instead,... More

We stayed here the night we arrived in Guatemala. It was a very short ride from the airport. Surroundings were lovely, we particularly admired the newly polished wood floors. Our 3rd floor room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom, however, emitted a foul smell, so it was necessary to keep it closed. Wifi service, pleasant staff, reasonable prices. The... Very large and well appointed room and quiet considering it's location on a major road. We were welcomed with a rum punch! I don't know if this only applies to tour groups, but it was most welcome after the long bus ride. Two large beds, free wifi, even a fridge.

I stayed in this hotel with a tour group so can't comment on the price of the room. My room had two double beds with a throw rug between them, a 6-drawer dresser, large mirror, desk and two chairs, mini fridge, flat screen TV, closet with a safe, ironing board and iron, very nice linens, good lighting, a very comfortable...
