Hotel is close to everything downtown and in a nice area. The service was excellent and the rooms were average sized, but very nice. We got the bed and breakfast special, breakfast was buffet style and always very good. Not one bad experience! Even the hotel gift shop was great! Prices were fair and not marked up high like some... more

We've stayed in a B&B in Guatemala City as well as an old mansion turned into a hotel. Princess is a bit more than the latter. It's an old building, the food was good, rooms were clean and it's near Zona Viva. We had a nice stay here, we met up with some family friends and it was good for... more

I was booked into this hotel by my client in Guatemala. It was a very good decision. Althought they are part of the Hilton family it is still characteristic. Shuttle service to airport (free) Wifi internet (free) and good beds. The breakfast and other meals I have had where also very good. The hotel staff was very nice and helpfull.... more

We had an early Flight from Guatemala City, stayed here the night before the flight. There was a loud party that lasted until 2 a.m., making it impossible to get any rest prior to our flight. Also we told the registration clerk we needed a shuttle to the airport in the morning and the time. She failed to mention that... more

I am typing this review from the hotel itself. I just arrived today, few hours ago. A customer who has a corporate account suggested this hotel and booked it for me. Lobby and restaurant are charming but un-impressive looking. Check-In was reasonably fast. Front desk personnel were polite. I needed a small toothpaste and they sent it to my room... more

This had to of been one of my worst experiences...the night after we arrived they held a wedding until 4.30am...the music was so loud the room was shaking to the beat and I was one of many unhappy customers. But what really upset all of us was the lack of care and concern for any of the guests. The night... more

The Princess is very convenient to Guatemala City airport. We flew in from Roatan (via La Ceiba, San Pedro Sula and San Salvador) arriving tired and hungry. The hotel shuttle took a while, as we waited for another person who didn't show up. On arrival, we found a first rate hotel with an excellent restaurant. It is an older hotel,... more

I just came back from a business trip to Guatemala and stayed at Princess for 4 nights. Nice hotel with a comfortable ambience. Rooms are great with cable tv, air conditioning and safe box. Internet connection worked well. The staff is ultra friendly, they make you feel right at home. I would reccommend to anyone who wants to stay close... more

I stayed at this hotel (left after 1 night) because the service was awful. Whenever anything was needed who ever was in charge was never there. When I first arrived they then informed me that they had a free airport shuttle but didn't inform me of that prior to so I could use it on arrival. (I paid for a... more

I spent 5 days at the Hotel Princessa Reforma and highly recommend it. As a small hotel, its staff is personable, welcoming and made me feel like one of the family. It had all of the creature comforts, in an attractive old world style, with a terrific staff. The restaurant serves great food and the breakfast is extensive with made... more
