The hotel met the normal good standards of the Radisson chain. The only fault I found with the hotel was a lack of reasonable internal restaurants and bars. However, there were many excellent choices within a short walking distance in the Zona Viva. Probably why the hotel does not bother too much. I booked online direct with the hotel and... more

We stayed at the Radisson while visiting our soon-to-be adopted daughter. Many members of the staff were very warm and helpful, especially the concierge and housekeeping staff. They were absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff, however, is curt and unfriendly. We were forced to change rooms during our visit because of a maintenance issue and they put us in a... more

My husband and I were very pleased when we stayed at the Radisson in April. We were visiting our son who we are in the process of adopting. We were touched by the kindness that the staff showed our family. Everyone we came into contact with was helpful and friendly. They helped prop up our little fellow with extra table... more

Had a great stay here at the Radisson. We first stayed at the Westin had a great stay there also but, went to the Radisson where it was a little more affordable. The beds were great, the staff very helpful. Breakfast was great.....just the right amount. Not to much that you couldn't move. Loved the location. Felt very SAFE. Will... more

If you’re planning to stay at Radisson Hotel Guatemala, please be very careful with your property, even if it’s your toothpaste! My husband and I had a bad experience after staying there for almost 4 weeks. My husband was to stay a further 2 weeks which was the initial plan but after they stole from us he changed hotels. I... more

My husband and I stayed at the Radisson on a trip to visit the little boy we are adopting from Guatemala. The hotel was servicing several families that were working towards adopting and they were accomodating in everyway. There was a good amount of staff that spoke English and catered to our every request. We only experienced a small disturbance... more

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days in a double room before going to Antigua. It's not a flashy hotel as others around it try to be but it is a very nice place to stay in this area. Our room was spacious & very comfortable with good view of the volcanoes in the distance. The buffet breakfast was... more

If you're looking for a hotel for families or 1 bedroom suites this is the place. A very friendly and helpful staff planned trips and recommended restaurants. Zone 10 is safe, with lots of close restaurants. Our room had a kitchenette and a balcony, but had modest furnishings. For families adopting, the hotel offers a special adopting package, is close... more
