With no exceptions this was the best experience I have had in a Motel. I travel a lot and this was an enjoyable experience from the moment I talked to the hotel on the phone. I have made a complaint to Choice Hotels against this establishment and about the new manager, Vic, and am disputing charges made against my card. This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed @ in a long time.The staff are very helpful,one young lady whom works at the front desk was extra kind,she would print us out directions,just a lovely person. The staff of this hotel were ALL nice and friendly. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and my son during our stay. The rooms were beautiful along with the pool and courtyard. I will stay with Quality Inn every visit to americus, ga. more
