My husband and I recently returned for a stay on our way back home. It had been three years, so we storlled the garden to see the new plants and how it had grown. Our favorite part is chatting with Kim and Susan. Breakfast was again amazing - Susan went all out to provide us a gluten-free breakfast. We are... More

From the photos, I was expecting a beautiful mansion - and that's just what I found. The room was on the first floor as requested. It was beautiful - king bed and immaculate. The breakfast was gourmet. The inn keepers are very knowledgeable about the history of their home and happy to share info with you. When in Georgia, plan... More

We spent two nights at the Americus Garden Inn and truly felt spoiled. The house and gardens are beautiful. The breakfasts were wonderful. Snacks were available at all hours as part of the service. Wi Fi and cable TV was in each of the rooms. Kim and Susan provided information about the history of the house, things to do in... More

100% on all levels the entire time we were guests. We wanted to get away for rest and relaxation for our 39th and it was the answer to our wishes. Kim and Susan were top notch and genuinely interested in providing the best, giving much thought to our specific requests. Mark and I love to stay at B&B's, because of... More

After first visiting the Americus Garden Inn two years ago (for my birthday) and having a fantastic stay, we chose to return to celebrate my wife's birthday and see more sites in the area that we missed the last night. I can't say enough how wonderful this B&B is. It's a charming old home in the historic district of Americus,... More

We spent three days/two nights at this B&B to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. We live just north of Atlanta where life is loud, full, and busy. What a joy it was to steal away to the little town of Americus and stay at the Americus Garden Inn. Kim and Susan were excellent hosts! That was evident before we even... More

Kim and Susan are wonderful people and excellent hosts. Americus is an interesting town, near Andersonville which is a must see for anyone interested in the Civil War. The national park also has a POW museum exhibit which is worth a visit. Excellent two days all around.

What a wonderful three-day stay in this magnificent antebellum mansion with all the conveniences of home. We enjoyed the large back garden with its sweet jasmine, magnolias and red roses. Our hosts, Kim and Susan took the time to make sure we enjoyed our stay. And our breakfasts were delicious and perfectly presented! Highly recommended.

Beautiful property, spectacular room, yummy breakfast and wonderful innkeepers. Truly worth finding your way there. Garden and porch are inviting, and the inn is stocked with videos and games. Snacks are always available in the dining room.

The house is amazing. The host is friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the house and town. It's like going back in time yet still have the modern amenities, even WiFi! We stay at bed and breakfasts all the time. And this place just made the top of all of them. Clean spacious and historic! Check out their website... More
