As the previous review said, this is not a hotel - it is a buy-to-let apartment block by the sea. and consequently not too much hospitality around. As someone not fond of creepy crawlies, cleanliness was great relief. Big showers, VERY nice rooms, clean sheets, etc. and housekeeping service good. Get a suite on the Caribbean side for sure. The Bella Maya resort is my favorite! The views incredible, super friendly staff, gorgeous pool and wonderful suites for an affordable price. I wouldn't stay anywhere else and hope to return SOON!!!
