Evan´s place is the place u want to be if u are looking for a nice, and clean place to stay in the beautiful beach of placencia! Its in the middle of everything u'll want or need! And Evan (the owner) is a really nice guy! more

Evan's place is a nice place to stay for those looking for an affordable place in Placencia. You can get a room w/A/C, something you'll appreciate with the heat. When we got to Placencia without our luggage, Evan took us to a nearby store to get bathing suits and told us where everything is in this small town. The great... more

March, 2005 A large beautiful, tiled room with a queen size bed and wonderful, completely modern bathroom. There is a full sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room.
