Great place right on ocean, saw dolphins from beach, hammocks on pier are sooooo relaxing, grounds well kept, suite has everything we needed, clean, magnificent sunrises, tours outstanding, even cable TV...had a great time..... more

We had a horrible experience here! When we walked in the place had a strong mildew odor, one that was so bad we had to go into town to spray the place down. The showers and bathrooms were moldy and dirty and the overall suite was not up to par. Old furnishings, hard beds, and when we were there- bugs.... more

Reading ehygal's review, it's hard to believe she stayed in the same place! I didn't go for the room, I went for the scenery and the beach, but the room was fine. Plastic palm tree? I didn't see one. I have no problem recommending this B&B to anyone wanting to explore Belize. more

Been twice,planning trip for April 2009. read a book in a hammock on dock,sunbathing in tower over looking island,enjoying a "belizian panty ripper drink" made with Belizian rum. Morning walks on beach,beautiful views eveywhere,nice people everywhere,what's not to enjoy,quiet ,I can't wait.! Perfect getaway,air conditioned rooms tropically decorated,walking distant restaurant with great food. more

This place is not worth your money. The rooms are shabby, poorly decorated and run down. There was a pink plastic blow up palm tree in our living room! The property is located on a beautiful strip of beach in placencia but I think the owner lives abroad and doesn't take good care of her place. One of the windows... more
