We stayed at Cahal Pech for 5 nights over Christmas. I booked with Lenny over the internet and found it frustrating. He always answered promptly but only after repeatedly asking the prices of two tours (7 e-mails later) did I finally get an answer. Cahal Pech is in San Ignacio, which is about a 2-hour drive from Belize City. San Ignacio only has ~13,000 people, so the area was still rural.
