Me and my boyfriend stayed 3 nights at Midas in February. We booked the lowest price accomodation (cottage, private building in the backyard), but had a big suprise the quality. It's perfect for a couple. The room was very clean (daily cleaning), design of the room and bath is romantic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can have... More

We stayed here one night. While this place did seem pricey, they also had a few benefits. They had a very large pool, and they also have an on site bar and restaurant. The food was delicious. The tequila, however, was really expensive. Our room had everything it needed, except that we stayed in one of the cabanas, so we... More

Visiting Belize, you have to come to appreciate that "nice" in Belize is different than in the States. This hotel is "upscale" by Belizian standards, but it's got some flaws and you have to be okay with that. I definitely wouldn't classify it a resort by any measure. However, our rooms were always clean, the air conditioning felt incredible, and... More

I stayed for a week with my wife at Midas while exploring the western Belizean countryside, and I'm glad I did! The place was quaint and clean, the iguanas and other lizards were fun, the pool was a wonderful respite from the heat, and the food was lovely. Plus they had a great relationship with local taxi providers and tour... More

Our family of five spent four nights at Midas Resorts on our recent trip to Belize. We rented the Casita Verde house. I’m torn about how to rate this hotel. There are both positives and negatives. First the positives: The hotel is in a great location. It is close to town, and we walked to town every day and night,... More

We stayed here because we found a groupon deal. My husband and I were actually doing a backpacking trip around Belize, so this place was much fancier than any other place we were staying at. The room was large, with air conditioning, and a TV. The king size bed was very comfortable. The pool was a nice way to cool... More

Great rooms, pool and small dinner next to a beautiful village park. Very accommodating staff and will give you great directions and local information. Breakfast here is a must before starting the day hiking And exploring.

I really liked the place - it is close to San Ignacio town (10 min walk), rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely made, and personnel is helpful. Resort had issues with water pressure and electricity - the problems were resolved efficiently. Stay in one of the cottages in the garden - they look nicer than the main building rooms, and... More

Because of our 30-years anniversary we booked this hotel, which is at least double the price we normally stay in. The deluxe kingsize was a beautiful room, big tv-screen, beautiful bathroom. Still disappointed, not even a small complimentary bottle of water. The bathroom had no ceiling, so it's an open connection with the rest of our room. I didn't enjoy... More

We had a great time here. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The customer service was great. They helped us make our experience one to remember. We were able to book trips to the ruins and ATM cave with ease. Try attending the market on Saturday morning.
