The mystic jungle resort is a one of a kind experience. It is located outside of San Ignacio (about 5 miles) but among several other well known and very pricey resorts. Recently, I was on a trip to Belize and was visiting San Ignacio in the Cayo district. While looking for a place to stay, a local recommended Mystic Jungle Resort, a newly remodeled resort that I found out was formerly called Green Heaven Lodge.
