We stayed at Hidden Valley as a two part vacation with the first 4 nights here and the second four at San Pedro. The Resort, Staff, & Food are excellent! We would highly recommend taking the time to stay with Hidden Valley. All of the waterfalls on the property are gorgeous, and when we were hiking we felt as though... more

We stayed at Hidden Valley for 4 nights. Even before we got there, Elmer and Misael were so responsive to all of our questions through e-mail. We flew in to their private airstrip (arranged by the inn), saving us lots of travel time and hours of driving over extremely bumpy roads. We loved the inn-- clean and comfortable room, great... more

This place is amazing. It was the cheapest hotel we stayed in during our honeymoon (we also stayed at Chaa Creek and Victoria House) but it was fantastic. There are 12 rooms here and 90 miles of hiking trails. We stayed for 4 nights and had a totally different experience every day without ever leaving the property. It really is... more

We stayed at Hidden Valley as part of our Honeymoon. The Resort, Staff, & Food are excellent!!! We would highly recommend taking the time to stay with Hidden Valley. All of the waterfalls on the property are georgous, and when we were hiking we didn't run into any other couples. They really work to make it feel like you are... more

A 1st class experience, with excellent service and meals, clean rooms, and caring staff. Great trails and activities. We signed up for a package they offer and glad we did it. The little tours were great, with caring people guiding the cave ride, the butterfly farm, and Tikal ruins. This is a place where one should go if they like... more

What a wonderful stay. With only 12 cottages, the service is very personalized. The staff cannot do enough for you. Great food, accommodations and on-site hiking. Think secluded Inn atmosphere. I highly recommend the Orchid Falls rental--very romantic and relaxing. Also the trip to Caracol (Mayan Temples, beautiful surroundings); includes a side trip to the Rio Frio Cave and Rio... more

We stayed here for our honeymoon. I was immediately impressed with the outstanding service and beautiful facilities. Our room was very nice. It has a great decor of cherry wood and simple style throughout the rooms and the office that is so welcoming. The real fireplace in our room was so nice. We used it every night. The trails on... more

Wonderful place! It’s a pity we only could stay here for 3 nights instead of the requested 4 nights. In our opinion, we had the perfect weather: it was cool, misty and at night, it rained a lot. Accordingly, the hills were shrouded in a mystifying fog with clouds emanating from the forest floor and the waterfalls were in full... more

Take care before booking or if you're already booked here. They lost their computer system and their only backup is from last March. We've been trying to book for a week with no luck and my fear is even if they claim availability we'll get there and it won't exist. Shame because of all the places in Belize this is... more

Beautiful place in the amazing pine forest at the foot of the Maya mountains! Great accomodations, very friendly staff, good food (given the isolation of the place), and beautiful hikes on the property. more
