This place is a great all around experience, and especially good for older kids / young adults. We stayed in one of the "treehouse" suites which was really nice, very large, and perfect for a family (bunk beds for the kids). The property is nice, and the meals were very good - nothing too fancy but good quality food served... More

We were in Treehouse 20 – 2 story with 2 king beds and bunk beds – lovely, comfortable, screened in, canopy feel. Both indoor and outdoor showers. Bathrooms upstairs and down. Ceiling fans and floor fans kept air moving despite no AC, although it's still hot – after all, you're in the middle of the rain forest! Lodge itself is... More

We were stayed in Caves Branch for one night on our way between Tikal and South Water Caye. I was intrigued to see the place having read all the warnings on the website. It didn’t make sense to me why a hotel would seem to way to turn away visitors with these warnings. We stayed in one of the riverview... More

This property is truly exceptional with incredible botanical gardens and landscaping. We (mom and three teens) stayed in the top canopy treehouse. I think it was around 187 steps, not including the incline paths. It made me realize that I am not exercising enough. Of course it was no problem for the teens. The treehouse was fantastic. Clean, well maintained,... More

We stayed in a riverview treehouse. We couldn't see the river through the trees, but the treehouse was pretty cool. The treehouse is mostly screened, which offers little sound proofing. The jungle certainly comes alive at night, but it made our trip even more unforgettable! Service at Caves Branch was absolutely phenomenal. The staff goes above and beyond to make... More

What originally drew me to Belize was the cave tubing. After minimal internet researching I came across Cave's Branch and knew I wanted to stay in a tree house. Overall, the trip was AMAZING! We loved riding on a tractor trailer through a river to get to the cave exploration site. We thoroughly enjoyed cave tubing. Ziplining was nice but... More

We went specifically to Cave's branch to do the 7 mile cave tubing and it EXCEEDED our expectations! The guides were professional, so friendly and open to share their knowledge. Really the BEST cave tubing experience in Belize.!! Our first 2 nights we stayed in the rooms next to the botanical garden - absolutely loved the open feel into the... More

TLDR: Awesome location in the jungle that feeds you well and gets your blood flowing. Better review: Ian Anderson’s Caves Branch was in a word, amazing! Whether you are on a honeymoon, as many of our fellow adventurers were, or family vacation, or anniversary, the place will leave you wanting to stay. My husband and I were there for a... More

We had a fabulous 3 days at the Caves Branch tree houses and wish we could have stayed longer. My wife and I are a (slightly) older couple, so we did a couple of the tamer adventures - seven mile cave tubing and visiting local Mayan ruins. We probably should have been more adventurous! Our river view tree house was... More
