we spent 4 days here. it does not have AC so the hot months can be hot... but the hotel rooms are amazing and well worth the lack of AC. hey you are staying in a jungle with amazing outdoor shower. tree top view and monkeys around you. enjoy it.

Our 3 days at Caves Branch went by too fast. The rooms, the grounds, the food, the adventures all were first rate. Well run, friendly staff, and beautiful surroundings make this a must see . The cheese tasting was worth doing to be sure.

We recently stayed at Caves Branch for 5 days and they exceeded or expectations in every way possible. First off, you definitely eat well when you stay here. Dinner is a full three-course meal that starts with chips and salsa, salad, soup and pasta before moving on to the main course and then a dessert. The food is also a... More

We just returned from our Belizean adventure-we had such a great trip. My husband and I took our two teenagers with us and spent a few days at Caves Branch for the first half of our trip. We were there at the very end of the rainy season-late November. Unfortunately for us, it was a downpour pretty constantly through our... More

Only one word for Caves Branch, FANTASTIC! Start with the exquisite setting in the jungle with sound of the river interrupted only but the songs of tropical birds. Then go to the great food that is mostly grown and produced on-site. The chefs' masterpieces do not let you leave the buffet hungry. Then there are the rooms which are true... More

Our trip to Belize ended at Caves Branch Jungle Lodge. What a great way to end a vacation. This is an amazing place. Ian has put together a special place with 58 thousand acres to work with. This resort is very self sufficient using a staff of awesome people to make your stay as pleasant as can be. The freshest... More

My husband and I really liked this place. Great staff, wonderful adventure options. Food was awesome....$26 USD per person but it's buffet style, so you get tons of food and you also get to try the in-house made cheese. We stayed in a jungle cabana and it was amazing! We had a chance to stay in a tree house one... More

This was absolutely my favorite part of our Belize trip. We booked our cave expedition through our resort Jaguar Reef. I wish I could have stayed at this property longer. I am a nature lover and orchid enthusiast so this place was perfect for me! Absolutely beautiful!!! If you don't plan to stay at this resort at the very least... More

The tree house was gorgeous and very clean. The food was wonderful--especially breakfast--best homemade tortillas ever!! But there was so much food I had trouble choosing and the drinks---don't get me started... The staff was amazing from the kitchen to the tour guides and everyone in between. The botanical gardens were beautiful and the hot tub was great to return... More

My husband and I stayed at Ian Anderson's Caves Branch this past September as part of our annual anniversary trip. It is about an 1 to 1.5 hours drive from Belize. The accommodation: We reserved the tree house, and a tree house it was. It was a beautifully designed. There was an outdoor shower , completely private, (that came in... More
