We spent two nights at this resort prior to heading to Ambergris Caye. We went upon arrival to Belize because we wanted to do the cave tubing prior to our beachtime relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Our first night was basically spent checking in, exploring some of the grounds, eating supper and visiting with our friends--a group... more

I am having a really hard time trying to describe our experience at Jaguar Paw. My husband and I stayed here on a whim, the last night of our Belize trip. After having seen and experienced other lodges/resorts/etc in the Cayo district we were shocked by Jaguar Paw. The property itself and location is beautiful (thus our staying there) but... more

Our family (3 boys 17, 11, 8) stayed at the Jaguar Paw for 5 nights, four full days. We will definately be back. There is so much to do, we didn't have time to do it all (cave tubing, jungle tours, repelling, jumgle tumble, zip line, Mayan Ruiins, more?). We had four full days of activities. Each time we had... more

My Wife and I along with our teenage Son recently enjoyed a weeks stay at The Jaguar Paw resort. . The food was excellent and so was the accomodation and service. We were made to feel very special, almost as if we were the most important people in the world. This attention came not only from all staff members but... more

I was there Jan.22 with 3 friends! There was so much to do right on their Property I will have to return! I couldn't do everything! We did the Zorbing (they call Jungle Tumble) Rock Climbing, Rappelled down a 190 foot cliff to edge of the river where people do River Tubing. At night, we took a canoe up river... more

The premise of a nice jungle resort certainly drew us to Jaguar Paw on our honeymoon, but we quickly discovered that there is little to do at the resort. If we had not come with a car, it would have been easy to feel trapped. The rooms had nice amenities which we greatly enjoyed, but the decorating left a lot... more

We booked a room at Jaguar Paw for 5 nights. We only stayed one. The water line broke so you were unable to shower..flush toilet...brush teeth...etc. The food was ok but very pricey. My husband drank a $26.00 USD beverage. The activities are fun but there is nothing free to do. We spent $500.00 in 1 day and that didnt... more

My husband and I stayed at JP for 3 nights to start off our Belizean vacation. The property is beautiful, right in the jungle with plenty of activities through the hotel or on your own. We hiked by ourselves and found the Crystal cave opening, which was amazing. Another time, we set off to hike on our own, only to... more

What an amazingly wonderful surprise our stay was at Jaguar Paw. I highly recommend this destination to anyone who treasures new experiences and good times. My husband and I and our three sons (ages 12, 21 and 23) had just come from a fun stay in Lamanai....where we had been delighted to spot howler monkeys and kinkajou from afar....only to... more

Jaguar Paw is located directly in the jungle, 7 miles off the Western highway. It is amazing. We were there for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. This is a great place to stay if you plan on doing some excursions out to some of the ruins and caves, which are amazing. The most amazing cave is actually... more
