The hotel is located in a nice area. I have been staying there for the past six years. There is internet facility in every room. The coffee is great. The price is reasonable and the hotel owner Miss Jeannette is always around to make sure the guests have great time. Will recommend it for small groups. The downside is that... More

First, Know Yourself! If you equate poor with dangerous, well used with icky or shabby with ugly – well, stay home in your comfortable zone or go to Disney World. But if you like pushing your limits, seeing new sights from new perspectives and believe a warm heart and ready laughter are more important than the depth of a person's... More

We stayed here one night on our way to Caye Caulker. We were within walking distance of the water taxi! The service and friendliness of the staff here was awesome! The breakfast tasty and well priced! The room was a bit dated and the tub a bit rusty but everything was very very clean! Would recommend this hotel as a... More

My husband and I stayed here one night. The bed sheets didn't feel clean, there was no water for a shower, the handle of the faucet fell off the wall, dogs barked all night, exposed wiring. One very friendly but over worked employee. She greeted us, cooked, served about 18 people, and then did all the dishes and cleaned the... More

A bit over-priced for the type of accommodation. The room was okay, bed was fairly comfortable. The bathroom was small, but had hot water for a shower - A must for me after a long journey. My girlfriend was not pleased with this hotel as she found it somewhat grubby. Again, the price you pay for a room does not... More

This was the best of the budget hotels we checked (4 in total), but overpriced for the ameniities. We were offerred a dinner for $15 BEZ that consisted of a boiled potato, piece of chicken, cold piece of toast and a small bowl of lettuce...all the coffee we could drink, but it was reheated from the morning. The room was... More

We arrived on Thursday 22 August around 6 pm in the Coningsby Inn, then went out for dinner with friends and came back later that night. On Saturday late afternoon we checked our money and found that $1000 was missing. The money was in a briefcase locked with a combination TSA lock, which we had put in a suitcase equipped... More

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights upon arriving in Belize. It was quiet, definitely safe - she guarded the front door and it was locked all the time. We paid $60 us a night which was from Expedia. We were there in the off season, so we could have probably paid less if we just walked in.... More

We have just returned from 3 nights at the Coningsby Inn. It was well priced, clean, very safe and very, very friendly. We found ourselves there when it was Good Friday and nothing was open. She organized a cave tubing trip, sorted out lunch, drove us to the cave tubing and back and still provided a great fish dinner that... More
