I love the seaview from the window. However, situation as what I read before: Internet and safe box could not work, tv not programmed, often could not enter the room, service of front desk is very louse. Bad memories.

Marine sound ent. hosted Jamaican international artist Alkaline for his ''LIVE LIFE TOUR'' concerts in Belize at the Ramada princess hotel and casino where he and his entourage was pleased with all the accomodations and staff helpful service. Big thanks to Ms Christina Blair and the front desk supervisor and staff that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. We were... More

I stayed at the Ramada for one night due to business in Belize City, I had to wait over an hour just to check into my room because there was some big money misunderstanding between the front desk staff and a group that was staying at the time. Finally after an hour of standing there I went to my room,... More

Very nice and friendly staff in a rather lackluster hotel. For one, Belize city is not a very tourist friendly spot so this hotel was very safe, quite and the staff was nice. Went into the casino once and felt pretty uncomfortable. Mostly locals who will ask for money and cigarettes while your trying to "enjoy" your time there. Hotel... More

It was AWFUL. The only good thing about it was Kenishia at the front desk, she greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. Where should I start? 1) Our room was on the 6th floor they had 2 elevators but only one worked. 2) We had a broken window in our bathroom facing the main walk way, we... More

Wasn't expecting much from this hotel, given that it is really just the residential arm of a casino and entertainment complex and given that I was getting a price deal (under $100) because it was off-season. The room was cookie-cutter, standard Ramada-style, a slightly suspect odour in it, and a somewhat crumbling bathroom. The solar water system seems unable to... More

For $120+tax a night (dbl) you should get better. We had no hot water for the night but it was repaired by 8am. The room clean and comfortable. Service was friendly but very slow in the restaurants. This hotel has a bowling alley, large game room and a movie theater, casino down in the lobby area of the hotel. Thus,... More

All staff were helpful on our second short stay, rooms are good, bed comfortable. but only 2 bath towels one hand towel NO bath mat or wash cloths,. cold water from both taps, seems the solar water heaters cannot cope with such a large hotel. great food in the outside bar, ice bucket in room but never found the ice...
