Sea Breeze Guesthouse is a nice place to stay. The rooms are big enough for one person. And i think my rooms (stayed there two times) were very clean. The Guesthouse is quite close to everything - even when there is not much in this City.

Sea Breeze is just ok – you won't find here anything groundbreaking nor an excessive cleanliness. It was good enough to come in the evening and go in the morning. In any case, the bathroom (not the cleanest one) had a warm water, wifi was working. There is a good restaurant nearby, but walking in the evening in these surroundings... More

This little guest house is excellent value. Lovely and Kalim have owned and run the Sea Breeze for 7 years. They have been continually upgrading. The rooms have been painted white and floors tiled. The rooms are fresh and clean. Sheets are crisp and clean but slightly threadbare. The bathrooms are clean and complete. Showers work well with hot water.... More

Location is good. Room cleanliness is OK but there are pillows on the beds you know never get washed. Same with the bedspread. Washrooms are new and clean. TV outdated but that wasn't a big deal for us. Soap wasn't refreshed each day so it was slimy and disgusting. Walls are paper thin and there seems to be much activity... More

There isn't much to choose from here and I definitely would never stay in Belize City again but this place is very aware of the lack if accommodations. We payed $30 for a tiny room that was hot and not very clean. The staff were unfriendly and almost turned away my friend who was meeting us there by denying we... More

Sea Breeze Guest House has a very good location in a safe area. The place is two minutes walking distance to the water taxi terminal where we could take speed boats to Island - Caye & San Pedro. The Central Bank of Belize and Belize Museum is also two minutes walking distance from the guest house. Sea Breeze Guest House... More

Would have rather slept in the garbage filled street. Tiny rooms for ridiculous prices. False advertising, the pool is a garbage filled swamp and no laundry service. Had to wake the guy up at 9am to ask for directions to a laundry facility he gave terrible directions which included 5 right turns, that got me no where. Thankfully we found... More

Our friend booked two nights at the Sea Breeze Guest House in early May 2014. It was only after we had checked in that we had the opportunity to read other TripAdvisor reports on the property. We got rooms with A/C for $32.50US/night. The good news: Things were cleaner and more organized during our stay then what reviewers in 2012/13... More

We stayed at Sea Breeze Guest House one night in November 2013. It was the worst place we stayed in during our two months traveling Central America. The room was tiny, the one window had no screens, there were springs poking out of the bed and the bathroom stunk. I saw rats running around the property.

Our first impressions of Sea Breeze were mixed- on the one hand it's very conveniently located a 2 minute walk from the water-taxi terminal, but on the other hand it has imposing gates topped with barbed wire. We had to rattle on the gates for a while to get the apathetic receptionist to come out and open them. She wasn't... More
