Kokomo Beach or Gilligan's Island? Confused by the name, as current sign is Gilligan's Island. Maybe change in ownership. Room #2 was nice and comfortable. The water from the faucets had a strange smell. Disappointed that all the lounge chairs were ripped and broken. It made the place look rundown and no place to sit and enjoy the waterfront. Great... We stayed on the first floor of this colourful beach house and had a very relaxing time. We appreciated having a fridge - good to have cold beers to drink in our hammock area or on the beach outside! We didn't use the living room/ dining room an awful lot as we were mainly out - but it was nice... More

Caye Caulker is one an awesome destination. Although so close to Mexico, this island is remains relatively "undiscovered" as there are no big name hotels or restaurants, it's all local fare. Truly a fantastic island that has stayed true to it's roots (although some of the prices haven't). Kokomo is a colourful hotel right on the water. Rooms are spacious... More

We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of a 6 weeks holiday travelling around Belize . We booked it from England just so we had somewhere to stay when we first got there . This small hotel was clean and in a great spot . For the price it was a bit shabby , there was nowhere to... More

Kokomo beach will always remembered as a calming and fun resort. My husband and myself felt so comfortable. that we put on bathing suits for the first time in many years. We are in our seventies, but felt young again in the beautiful warm ocean and balmy breezes. Go experience the wonderful hospitatily of Kokomo Beach. Lacey the manager will... More

We made our reservation over four months before our trip. Despite several emails back and forth, they still managed to screw up our room request. We reserved a room with 2 queen-size beds but when we arrived all they had was a room with 1 king size bed. They had rented our room to a couple who was only staying... More

Like others reviewers have said... this is the ideal spot for views and quiet without a lot of the hubbub of Front Steet. Everything in CC is in walking distance but Kokomo is in a great location for walking. Did I mention the view??? If I had any suggestions (this is not a complaint...) would be lamps in the rooms... Like another reviewer, I had problems with being overcharged on my credit card before I arrived. The positives: right next to the water taxi, perfect views, big room, very nice staff and a quick walk anywhere. The negatives: right near the water taxi (too much boat traffic for swimming off the pier), only had windows in the front (limited light... More

We stayed five nights in Kokomo suite #2 (ground floor) in June and really enjoyed it. The apartment is a generous size, but the only windows are on the front so the bedroom does not get any natural sunlight. There are air conditioners in both the living and bedroom. The kitchen is small and had limited supplies, but when we... More
