Kokomo Beach or Gilligan's Island? Confused by the name, as current sign is Gilligan's Island. Maybe change in ownership. Room #2 was nice and comfortable. Caye Caulker is one an awesome destination. Although so close to Mexico, this island is remains relatively "undiscovered" as there are no big name hotels or restaurants, it's all local fare. Like others reviewers have said... this is the ideal spot for views and quiet without a lot of the hubbub of Front Steet. Everything in CC is in walking distance but Kokomo is in a great location for walking. Did I mention the view??? If I had any suggestions (this is not a complaint...) would be lamps in the rooms...
