You will not be disappointed. Everything from the room to the staff was excellent. Great guests too! Only drawback was they do not supply shampoo and you must purchase your drinking water from them. Only a dollar US though. You will love it~! more

The hotel is nice. The rooms are big and clean. The property is beautifully maintained. Julio works very hard to keep it looking great and takes pride in his work. They just built a new water-front deck off the back. It has a ladder to allow you to enjoy a swim. There is a nice pool. The deck also has... more

We were surprised by the perfection of this site - we were served a complimentary drink out on the sand pier at this hotel just upon arrival, which happened to be at sunset. The staff help to make this hotel really feel like a resort. This hotel is the only one with a sunset view that is in the main... more

We visited both San Pedro and Caye Caulker, staying at Blue Tang Inn and Iguana Reef Inn, respectively, based on Lonely Planet's picks. Our experience at Blue Tang Inn was great, but Iguana Reef Inn left a lot to be desired. The facilities were definitely clean and the continental breakfast was yummy with good variety. HOWEVER, the staff was clearly... more

We only stayed for only one night after getting stranded in Caye Caulker due to cancellation of our sailing trip to Placencia with Ragamuffin, but I wondered whether we had been lucky enough to get the best room in the place (was it number 2 or 12?), with access to two balconies and a view of the water and the... more

We stayed in December and had a wonderful time. The Iguana Reef Inn is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are kept very clean, even with us tracking in a lot of sand. There were always clean towels and beach towels for us to use, which is nice not to have to pack those. The entire staff is very... more

We've just returned from a 2 week stay at the Iguana Reef Inn and couldn't have been happier with our time there. The Inn exceeded all of our expectations. The large, clean, comfortable rooms, the beautiful grounds, a great bar and the always friendly Lisette made this our best vacation to date. The service we recieved was exceptional. All guests... more

Great place- very clean, lovely ambience and actually the rooms are nicer than they appear on the site (a common theme in Belize). It's on the back side of the island, which is protected from the wind and you can still walk everywhere. The innkeepers, Lisette and John were wonderful as well- very welcoming and warm. Also, they give a... more

We just returned from a ten day stay at the Iguana Reef Inn and we could not have been happier with the acomodations and the service that we received. The staff were genuinely friendly and efficient and made us feel so welcome. They have beautifully kept grounds and are in a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the... more

My fiancé and I had a wonderful couple of nights at the Iguana Reef Inn. The owners greeted us upon arrival and were very attentive and helpful in booking various activities for us. The room was gorgeous--very large (larger than our New York City apartment anyway)--clean--cute--nice porch sitting area. There were tons of lounging areas set up around the place.... more
