I think this is one of the best deals in San Pedro. The hotel is in the heart of town, and you can walk from the water ferry along the beach to it. Its also right next to Amigos Del Mar so you don't have to get up any earlier to go diving.

stayed there 2 weeks....modest but clean accommodations,friendly staff and wonderful view from second story deck...best location for fidos, lilys treasure chest restaurant, wet willys , caramba restaurant,estels restaurant,and all other shopping in middle of san pedro..30 feet from beach and dock leading to amigos del mar(best for scuba diving trips).....i will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!
