This is not a suite. It was much better than it needed to be considering the only time I was in the room was to sleep at night. There was hot water for a shower. Towels to dry off with and the air conditioning worked. A tv to fall asleep to, everything I needed in a room. The owner/manager was... More

Let's be clear - this is not a good hotel. It's dirty, noisy and worn down. What I found most poor was noise from the bar and street until late, that I couldn't tell if the sheets ands towels where used or just stained and grey from too many washes and that the pillow actually wasn't a pillow but more... We stayed two nights at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and provided us with lots of local information on where to eat. We were told Pedro's Inn was the cheapest hotel; yet we found this hotel to be much cheaper. We paid $75 BZE on weekday and $87BZE on weekend. There was a pizza/pasta restaurant on main floor... Coral Beach was a last minute relief for 3 girls who just got off the boat from Mexico and had no accommodation booked. We walked around San Pedro but Coral Beach was the only place with a free room. The lady at the front desk was lovely and efficient and another employee was kind enough to help us with our... More

Stayed only one night at this hotel, it was at a great location just across from the Water Taxi. Check in process was smooth and staff was friendly, however, approaching the room it was a bit dull. Entering the room we had been introduced by a disturbing smell. The bed was neatly spread and the AC was great we were... More

Just got back from 2 weeks in San Pedro and stayed at the Coral Beach Hotel the whole time!! It was there to dive and wanted to stay in town so I could walk to the dive shop everyday and also have places to eat close by! My room was on the 3rd floor and the office was very helpful... More

We were dying to take our backpacks off and the Air Conditioner (which is the only good thing about this place) felt so great, so we stayed at the Coral Beach for a night. It was bad.... Roaches in the bathroom, beds were nasty, hallways accessible from the street and just an overall bad experience. Needless to say we did... More

The Coral Beach Hotel has basic rooms, good rates, and is in the heart of San Pedro. The staff was friendly and they have a restaurant downstairs. We spent most of our time exploring and so it was perfect for us as a place to sleep. I would recommend this hotel for travelers who are looking for simple accommodations, centrally... More

not a picky person but....bed was hard as a rock, no warm water, so noisy with the club around the corner, bright street lights in the windows and other folks staying so noisy. The staff was nice and helpful though. If one wanted to say everything then there was no control for the air conditioner so it was on or... More
