Corona Del Mar Hotel was a very good choice. Kenny, the bartender at Seahorse/Corona, made THE best Margaritas i have ever had. The ceviche at Seahorse/Corona was excellent! Happy Man (Leroi) helped us plan 2 outings on Catamarans - the one with Tuff Enuff tours was THE best. Roho Lounge/Restaurant by water taxi was the best place we ate on... More

Corona del Mar Hotel is a very nice choice. What makes this Hotel special is the staff! The gracious ladies at the front desk were always willing to assist us with questions we had on where to go and accommodating our request to change rooms. The continental breakfast includes scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, yummy toasted cinnamon bread and jams/peanut... More

Stayed mid January 2015 and really enjoyed it. AC worked perfect, fridge, microwave, grocery store 2 minutes away. 10 minute walk to town and great restaurants. The staff was fantastic especially Kenny and Emily at the bar. No complaints here for the price we paid. Fun town!

This was our third trip to San Pedro. Two previous stays were @ more upscale resorts, because we didn't know any better. First one we picked. The second was a freebee! We had a very good handle on S.P. & had no problem picking C.D.M.! Location, Perfect! We like to walk! Grocery store, & fruit stand, one block away. Cart... More

We spent a week at the Hotel Corona del Mar, San Pedro, Belize, and really enjoyed our stay. The chief virtues of the Corona are it's reasonable price and its location about a quarter of a mile away from the airport. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and worked hard to keep us happy. Our room had air conditioning,... More

Air conditioning sounds like a rumbling motor , showers fall apart and only dripping cold water comes for 30 min then the hot water will start. Impossible to live in this hotel , we were forced to move out the second night and find on the spot another hotel. That is not nice to happen when you go in vacation,... More

Once known as Woody's it was not well managed after Woody's passing. The new owner is clearly working to improve the hotel. Frank is the maintenance supervisor and no task seems too big or small for him to take on. He has worked with the owner for 17 years and takes a lot of pride in his efforts. He really... More

Went there to eat and the lady on the bar made an extra charge on our credit card we didn't consumed that amount, we tried to contact the hotel with no answer so far and had to report it to the bank and fight the reimbursement. Food is not great at all is just plain ok. The lady attitude to... More

I stayed in one the apartment rooms for one night (didn't ask for it, probably was the only room left). It was comfortable and had AC. The service was minimal and the breakfast very lacking, even by "continental" standards. It's about 3/4 of a mile from the center, where most of the food and activity are.

We booked this hotel as a last resort as it was high season and there weren't many rooms left to book. The hotel is OKAY. Clean room and helpful, friendly staff, receptionist in particular. Located a good 20/30min walk from town. The cons - San Pedro! What an awful place - roads are busy and it was not easy to... More
