We had a great time! Beautiful beach. The Dock had a swim ladder. The room was only a "view" room but we felt like we were ocean front. Great staff, booked all of our trips and even did our food shopping for use while we sat at the pool. Make sure you get the rum punch at the pool bar. more

VERY DISAPPOINTED. He advertised a 1 bedroom--& it was a studio-the air conditioner sounded like a B52 Bomber. The staff was not all that attentive, and we ended up changing hotels. We went to Mata Rocks-& that hotel is FABULOUS! Would NOT recommend Caribe Island. more

We had stayed Caribe Island several times since 2001. We were quite disappointed in the change since our last visit in July of 2005. The restaurant on the pier is sorely missed and requires that you leave the resort for all meals unless you want to eat the same bar food day after day. The bar is not the same... more
