I agree with Mike H. This needs to be pulled as a resort and shut down. I am very easy going and always give additional chances. The first night I could not open windows. “You really should avoid this place... health risks alone.”

This isn't one of them. Avoid, nothing but bad news. Pool drained is one of the latest. I remember once looking into buying a unit at BYC only to find out the spray used to control the termites (a big problem) was worse than the termites. “The Gods must be Crazy”

Every year I am pampered by the staff. They, along with the absolutely beautiful setting on the water, make this a paradise not to be missed. They have their concerns, but life and world travel make this the place I return to every year.

“Well disguised Hell Hole!”

We enjoyed our stay, as we lucked out and rented directly from a owner. But beware if you rent anything from BYC. You could end up with the vacation from hell!
