Stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of the agent at Hotels.com. She was right, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Loved the 4 feather pillows on each bed with extras if we needed them. Breakfast was just as expected, the usual hot breakfast, which was perfect for my family. Had a great stay, hotel was clean, breakfast was fantastic, area was upscale. Three days after I got home, I discovered the hotel fraudulently charged my credit card $100 more than my checkout total. The manager stated it was their mistake but refused to refund the $100. THIS IS FRAUD!!! I wonder how many others have been cheated. more
