Definitely an awful place. - Carpet was dirty. Bathroom, tub and toilet were not clean. Sink counter was wet. Cups were soggy, but was able to get replacements at front desk. Fridge needed defrosting. Wifi was very slow. Questionable activity going on in rear of parking lot. "Continental" breakfast was dry cereal and watered down coffee. Would not recommend this... More

This place was disgusting! Filfy dirty!!! I would not let my dog stay here. The manager "Mike" (I'm sure this was not his real name) was VERY disrespectful and unaccommodating. I tried to cancel a second day and he would not refund because he claimed he couldn't re-rent the rooms (3)!!! REALLY. He got my money and refused to give... More

Dirty, stained carpet, threadbare sheets, cracked broken tile, peeling yellow paint, remote taped together, no vanity, coffee pot provided with one single cup filter packet only, heat not working, soured milk, roaches. Emergency flight to Albany when notified a close family member had been placed in hospice with very little time, grabbed closest hotel room that night to stash things... More

aLTHOUGH THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE, the sheets would not stay on the bed. The bathroom was dirty and had pubic hair left in the tub. The tile was coming up in the bathroom. The continental breakfaxt was a box of cereal and a banana, with no place to eat it. My rate was 70 dollars.

I will say this much, as the husband Country Hearth was fine for me, but my wife was not at all impressed. We paid $60 (including all taxes and hotwire fees) so I wasn't expecting much. Entering the room there was a slight odor and mugginess in the room but otherwise was clean. There is no place to eat breakfast... More

We checked into this hotel at about 2 PM, went and ate dinner later that evening and when we returned to the room there were HUGE roaches in our room! We killed two and after the third one showed up we decided to leave. They REFUSED to refund our money and called the cops on us! They also refused to... More

I stayed at the Country Hearth for only a single night and it was at the end of a long drive from New Orleans. I'd been trying to find somewhere lovely and scenic to spend the night heading towards Savannah across Alabama and Georgia but by Albany I had to give in. Location : There are several chain hotels all... More
