The room looked like it had not been cleaned. The carpet was dirty, the walls were so dirty you didn't want anything or one to touch them. The tub/showers were dirty and stained.........but the best was the sheets and pilowcases . We had to change them ourselves because they were dirty! The excuse we were given is that it was... more
