With the expanding options in Arcadia, e.g., Holiday Inn Express, this Best Western cannot long survive. Everything about the place is out-dated and (from all outward appearances) almost impossible to keep clean and functioning properly. We stayed here one night and would not even consider returning. more
The Website fails to tell the Hotel has showers not Tubs. The phone did not work. We were given two room keys, they could only get one to work. Room looked clean, but I walked on the carpet barefoot and my feet were black. They could not find us a room where the phones worked. There was something wrong with... more
The room was clean and remodeled. Strong odor of cigarettes. Very small town. There is nothing to do. more
