Oak Park Inn is a lovely, immaculately kept inn. Returning for a third stay at the Inn, I arrived with a friend with MS. For this reason, I reserved the only first floor room. It is nicely appointed with 2 queen beds. Management (Montana) is often not on-site and never at night. We discovered water in the bathroom was not... More

Let me start by saying that our inn keeper montana was a delight and in my opinion the best thing the oak park inn has going for it. No amenities at all including no maid service which means no bed made no fresh towels no nothing no vending no water in the morning i had to go to the housekeeping... More

stayed in the Italian after a day on the river. entire place is spotless in an ideal location. added benefit is common fridge, microwave and toaster oven. make sure to ask for AAA discount. and yes, Montana is wonderfully informative. whatever they are paying her is not sufficient.

Stayed on our first anniversary. Toni is amazing! Very hospitable. The hotel is beautiful and the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. We had so much fun in the quaint little town of Arcadia. Our stay came with vouchers for the cafe down the road. It is an old timey small town diner. The breakfast was awesome!

Oak Park Inn Arcadia is a unique B & B very well decorated and clean all rooms are themed I would have given them 5 stars but for three failings. 1) The air conditioner is of the old type in the window and very noisy could not sleep. 2) The windows did not stop any noise from the street and... This B&B in the historic district of Arcadia did not live up to it's reputation for me. We booked into the Inn and saw our room ( The 50's Room) and was impressed with the decor, the only thing wrong was the VERY noisy A/C. As it was a very hot day we had to have it running all night... More

I stayed with a girlfriend in the Caribbean room as it has two beds. We stayed Friday night before a group canoe/camping trip with Canoe Outpost. We arrived after 11pm and had to call to be checked in. We waited anout 10min for the guy to arrive. He was so nice and accommodating despite being so late. The hotel is... More

This B&B is not your typical B&B. I stayed here for a full week as I checked out Arcadia. You have a very old building that was masterfully converted into a B&B. I stayed in the Italian room and the room/tub was fantastic! You are riight in the midst of downtown Arcadia with everything within walking distance. You have keys... More

Nice inn right in the historic district. We had the Victorian room but the air conditioner was broken so we were offered to look at all the other rooms and pick another one if we wanted. The temp was cool enough and we didn't need the air so we kept our room. It was nice we were offered whatever room... More

The Oak Park Inn brings back the flavor of community and sharing. It is billed as a Bed and Breakfast, but maybe a better title would be a ‘down home boarding house without a kitchen’. The downstairs check in area is open and very spacious with sitting areas, The upstairs area is very artfully adorned with comfortable chairs, sofas, and... More
