Booked 2 nights for 5/14 and 5/15, 2015. Montana greeted us with a pleasant smile and courtesy. After checking in and shown our small room. Approx. 12 x 14 ft. with bath. Wanted to lay down and take a brief nap, but to no avail due to no curtains on Glass Block Windows which let the sun shine onto the... More

We booked an evening at the Oak Park Inn and we had a great time. This was in the middle of our two week Florida 'sampler'. We went to Arcadia for the antiques, which were great, but our real find was this great hotel. We were welcomed by Hostess Montana, who gave us a tour of the hotel. This is... More

Disclaimer: I grew up country boy at heart, but have been urban-bound in Tampa Bay for 35+ years. The small inconveniences of country living I easily accept and even appreciate. We stayed 2 nights at the Oak Park Inn (Friday and Saturday) on the 4th weekend of the month when the Antiques Fair pretty much takes over the old downtown.... More

Oak Park Inn is a lovely, immaculately kept inn. Returning for a third stay at the Inn, I arrived with a friend with MS. For this reason, I reserved the only first floor room. It is nicely appointed with 2 queen beds. Management (Montana) is often not on-site and never at night. We discovered water in the bathroom was not... More

Let me start by saying that our inn keeper montana was a delight and in my opinion the best thing the oak park inn has going for it. No amenities at all including no maid service which means no bed made no fresh towels no nothing no vending no water in the morning i had to go to the housekeeping... More

stayed in the Italian after a day on the river. entire place is spotless in an ideal location. added benefit is common fridge, microwave and toaster oven. make sure to ask for AAA discount. and yes, Montana is wonderfully informative. whatever they are paying her is not sufficient.

Stayed on our first anniversary. Toni is amazing! Very hospitable. The hotel is beautiful and the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. We had so much fun in the quaint little town of Arcadia. Our stay came with vouchers for the cafe down the road. It is an old timey small town diner. The breakfast was awesome!

Oak Park Inn Arcadia is a unique B & B very well decorated and clean all rooms are themed I would have given them 5 stars but for three failings. 1) The air conditioner is of the old type in the window and very noisy could not sleep. 2) The windows did not stop any noise from the street and... This B&B in the historic district of Arcadia did not live up to it's reputation for me. We booked into the Inn and saw our room ( The 50's Room) and was impressed with the decor, the only thing wrong was the VERY noisy A/C. As it was a very hot day we had to have it running all night... More

I stayed with a girlfriend in the Caribbean room as it has two beds. We stayed Friday night before a group canoe/camping trip with Canoe Outpost. We arrived after 11pm and had to call to be checked in. We waited anout 10min for the guy to arrive. He was so nice and accommodating despite being so late. The hotel is... More
