Beautiful hotel with lovely views from the rooms. Breakfast basket provided in the refrigerator. I very seldom write reviews and never negative ones but felt this hotel's pricing policies should be made public. BEWARE if you are a pet owner and plan to bring your dog along. I found this hotel at Bringfido.com where it said the pet fee was... More

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our booking with this hotel and gave them 5 days notice, something which most hotels would be more than happy with. However, they have "STRICT 7 DAYS POLICY" with "NO EXCEPTIONS" and will, therefore, according to their receptionist be charging us. As per their cancellation confirmation email, they will be happy to take our money... More

We stayed at the Water Street Hotel & Marina on our way from New Orleans to Key West. The town of Apalachicola snook up on us after driving miles on dark roads, but is really a nice, quaint town, with loads of great oyster restaurants! The hotel is fabulous. Our unit had a large 4 poster bed, 2 beautiful bathrooms,... More

This Hotel and Marina is a hidden gem in a charming little town. The room we had was a 1 1/2 bedroom condo complete with washer/dryer, two bathrooms, and beautiful screened porch. It was a shame that the weather was cool as we would of loved to enjoy screened porch. They have a nice clean pool but because of the... More

Water Street Hotel and Marina is one of the best hotels we have ever visited. The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff were very attentive and helpful. It was quiet. My wife was astonished that I actually slept until 8:30. We can't remember the last time I was in bed past 6:30. The hotel is located within walking... More

totally surprised at the size of the queen suite, this suite was more room than we expected or needed but we settled in and very much enjoyed the extra room, our unit had a full kitchen,1 1/2 bedrooms ,2 baths and 2 TV's. we didn't cook but the refrigerator sure came in handy for our refreshments and our go boxes... This property is actually more like condos than a hotel room. Check in was pleasant and efficient. Our room was 205, with a full kitchen (granite countertops & stainless steel appliances), dining island, & living room with glass french doors along the entire wall that overlooked the marina & river/wetland area, just before the river arrived at the gulf. The... More

What a great surprise we had when we tried this hotel. It was so much more than we had expected. The room as great and more like a small condo than average hotel. Kind of don’t want to tell anyone so we can stay there again and not be completely full. Within walking distance to everything downtown.

The room was more like the size of an apartment than a hotel room. Great view of the water. Nice and clean except for dusty ceiling fan and bathroom vent fan. Would stay here again. Convenient to historic district.

We arrived in Apalachicola in November, and found we had this beautiful hotel nearly to ourselves except for a couple from Amsterdam. After a 12-hour drive from NC, we walked into the suite and really could not believe our eyes: the beautiful kitchen with full-sized fridge and an excellent supply of cooking and dinner ware, great room, master bedroom, 2-bathroom,...
