I normally do not enjoy B&B's, but I had a great experience at the Apalachicola Historical Inn. The innkeeper was exceptionally friendly and accommodating without being at all intrusive. As soon as we walked in we made ourselves at home, tuning the large TV in the common area to our football game and helping ourselves to a beer. (They have several fridges around the house that are stocked with beer, wine, soda, and bottled water, and you can just help yourself.)

Like the previous reviewer, I also stayed in the Rainbow Room. It was very charming, comfortable, and seemed plenty big enough for two. I didn't have a problem at all with noise from the street, and I am a very light sleeper. Other guests were not a problem either, as our party had the entire place to ourselves (two rooms in the main house and a family of 5 out in one of the suites.) My only complaint was also about the "shower"; there was nowhere to hang the hand-held shower head so it was a bit... more
