Priceline provided pictures of a nice suite with several comforts. But when arriving at the hotel, we were given a lower end, small room that lacked the same comforts .... not a suite as described by Priceline! We were cramped and disappointed. Received no satisfaction from the hotel staff to resolve this issue. Priceline was equally unhelpful. more
