Nice hotel that sits next to Crane's Roost and Uptown Altamonte. Loved the view of city and pond from my hotel room. Great walking trail around pond = 1mile once around. They had Tuesday night music and entertainmt. on Saturdays. Breakfast at hotel was very good, made to order. Nice workout room, but if did not like, there is guest... more

My extended family took a trip to the Orlando area to visit my grandmother for her 90th birthday. We booked 3 rooms at the Embassy Suites at Altamonte Springs. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The Hotel was gorgeous, with a very nice atrium in the lobby (like most Embassy Suites, but this was particularly nice). The location was... more

We were in town for the Capital One Bowl and stayed here New Year's Eve. Our experience was ok. The hotel was near or at capacity, and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. Cocktail hour had 10 min plus waits for drinks, and snacks consisted of chips and salsa and popcorn. The room was nice enough- typical Embassy Suites, but... more

I actually have been staying there since March 2008 I stay generally four nights a week and look forward to being in my home away from home. I work in the Orlando Area and live north of Ocala, I have stayed in other hotels and found that although the service was great and the front desk was always alert to... more

We have stayed at this property on several occasions. This is an average business hotel and is fully booked most nights. Government rates are fair and the rooms are average. Business center has printer and 2 terminals. There is also a copy machine in the business center. The rooms are suite style and overall clean and in decent shape. The... more

This was my second time I stayed at this hotel, the rooms are large basic furnishings clean and neat. The lobby is what you would expect from an Embassy Suites, beautiful atrium set-up, lots of trees and running water. The check in staff are nice and knowledgable about the surronding area. The breakfast buffet is a nice touch. I would... more

We made a reservation, but unfortunately our flight plans fell through. We called to cancel the reservation several minutes after making it, and were told that we could not cancel and that we would be charged! We will refer this to the Florida attorney general! more

Ok... Let me start off by saying I love this site and appreciate the feedback people leave... however, I am not sure of some of the complaints regarding this hotel... I just stayed two nights at this hotel and had no problems what-so-ever. The complaints I saw cheifly were: bad FREE breakfast, atrium noise, poor room quality. I will address... more

I travel for my job and have stayed at Embassy Suites several times before. This one is located in a beautiful section of Altamonts Springs, Fl. The outside of the hotel and the lobby are very nice. The room however, was terrible. The first night I was there the main light in the living room didn't work, the shower curtain... more

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I changed rooms three times and finally ended up in a newer room. The rooms in the main hotel smell musty and I could barely stand to be in the room. The newer portion of the hotel is very nice. If you have allergies request to stay in... more
