As stated in another person's review for overnighters they put you in an interesting parking setup - in lines. worked fine for me. each location had power & water. cost isn't much different than what you find for RV campgrounds in FL - high! bathroom was clean.

We are returning for another night as we were very pleased with the location and the ease of setting up. I love the overnight sites as you don't disturb others as you leave. Great staff. Clean and welcoming and have great place to just relax. Will come back again. It's one of the best Good Sam parks we have ever... More

At $35 it is a little pricey for what you get. The overnight arrangement is unique but effective. People friendly. The overnight drives are nothing but sand. Didn't utilize the restrooms or other facilities.

Easy in and out. Staff is very pleasant at check in they escort you to your site and provide assistance in setting up. There are donkeys and horses that you can hear during the day.The campground is located off I75 exit 399 (Alacuha) go east and then a left at the Waffle House. Arrive before dark with large rigs

The wife and I are brand-new to RV'ing. We live in the area and wanted to stay close to home so that we could take a dry run with our travel trailer to check it out before we venture out on the open road. The best thing about Travelers Campground is probably its worst: Its location right next to busy... More

This campground is conveniently located off of I-75. The facilities are very clean. When we arrived a worker on a golf cart showed us where our site was and even helped hook up the sewage and electric to make sure it was done properly per park rules. The campground was very full and all campers were parked in lines bumper... More

We had been delayed with a repair and found this campground. Friendly people, asked if we had any discounts when registering. We were lead to our site and helped to hook up. Very nice, clean and pleasant park. It is right off the highway so there is some noise, but it was very convient. Interestingly they do not take credit... More

Drive-in style park that sits under large, tall pine trees. Late arrivals are on your own. Hairpin turns flanked by large pine trees. Tall dark pine trees flanking narrow roadway damaged my passenger mirror and 4 cargo/basement doors on driver's door along very dark and sharp turn at fork in the road. No WiFi codes, because they forgot to leave... More

We stay here all the time for UF football games. It's definitely an overnight traveler's campground and not really designed for true camping. The campsites are placed well down a hill away from the interstate so you hear very little of the noise from that. The owner seems to be a bit of an eccentric given the very odd pull-thru... More

For starters...it's called Travelers Campground for a reason. Its not a state park or wilderness camping venue. Most of the traffic while I was here was overnight RV travelers. Why I gave it a 4 1. Staff was very nice and helpful. 2. Grounds are immaculate 3. Bathrooms were spotless and cleaned DAILY. I know cuz I could see. 4.... More
