Arrived late (8:30 PM) for an unplanned evening (unable to find other hotels near airport) Reception staff was indifferent. Room was very hot (90 deg) and after turning on the AC, found it was inoperative. Call desk who sent a maintenance man who confirmed the unit was broken. He removed the unit and came back with a replacement unit. This... More

I pricelined and got this hotel. Looked great with a free airport shuttle and a pool and hot tub. I read some reviews that complained about the airport shuttle taking a long time and they were right. I called at 1:24pm and was told they would be there in 20-30 minutes. Long story short, it took them one hour and... More

My grandson with brain damage was dumped by Frontier, I called Quality Inn and explained his situation, and Justin, who works at the counter, actually went on the shuttle bus to get my grandson and make sure he made it to the hotel and calmed him down !! We all slept a lot better because of him ! If Frontier... More

We had a good stay. Friendly staff, very helpful, all worked great. The place is a little dated but everything is clean and nice. Good filling breakfast with lots of choices. We came in late at night and there was a big crowd for the shuttle as the hotel is used by United. But the staff handled it all very... More

Horrendous stay. Dirty. Mildew in tub. Had AC on 60 and it did not get cold until 6AM. First room given had two people in the room. The the next room, at 12:30 AM someone try's to get into my room. Try several times over 10 mins. Finally manager comes and try's. I was yelling that room was occupied. Then... More

Enjoyed our stay at the quality inn , once we got to the room. When we checked in the lady at the desk had trouble booking our room (we had already booked it via the website, but she could not check us in). Finally she was able to check us in to a room. We go there and open the... More

The staff is super friendly so I'm glad that we've stayed here. The hotel is old and in need if a renovation. Carpet has stains, furniture is worn out and the hair dryer has to be kept in the medium setting to work all they way. It took me 15 minutes to figured out what was wrong until I wet... More

My stay got off to a rocky start. It was a little tricky to find the hotel and I ended up at the Comfort Inn (which ended up being vry near-by). I called the Quality Inn for directions and encountered a very rude receptionist, to whom I explained my situation (at the Comfort Inn, trying to find the Quality Inn).... More

We seem to have problems finding rooms in Denver. When trying to book a room at Comfort Inn the reservation center directed me to Quality Inn across the street but still the same chain. I was surprised it was so new and large. All was good with the place except I could hear people pounding around above my room. Not... More

We had to call at the last minute to get a room and this hotel filled the bill. I was clean and comfortable and they did not try to rip me off like other places I called. The pillows were so comfortable and there was breakfast in the morning...Laundry too!
