Booked this through hotwire, and got a great rate of around $45 on New Year's Eve. Very nice location, surrounded by other Extended Stay hotels and many restaurants, including the wonderful Sweet Tomatoes! The full kitchen is a plus, and so, is the free internet access and the full-size refrigerator. The only thing that would be nice to have is... more

We must admit to being a little skeptical of “extended stay” places. Based on our experience with other chains, such as Homestead Studio Suites, they are often low on luxury, low on cleanliness, and low on ambiance. So it was with trepidation that we pulled into Crestwood late at night, numb and tired. What would our $41.99 Roomsaver coupon buy?... more

We stayed 4 nights at a great price for the area ($55 a night). They allowed our 2 dogs (3rd floor - smoking floor), but no other issues. The room was comfortable, but not spic and span. They do not provide daily maid service, but we requested it for the 3rd day. They gave us towels only, no sheets and... more

The Manager at the Aurora, Colorado location is VERY rude and not helpful. My husband and I stayed at the hotel in April and the service sucked! The manager needs to be sent back to hospitality training. She yells and screams at the housekeepers and she made my husband and I very nervous. She is an accident waiting to happen.... more

We stayed here two different times last week. Didn't understand why we were charged the same price for two different sized rooms. Bigger rooms have a full size couch for three, single person couch & desk with two chairs. Enough for six people to sit comfortably and chat. Smaller rooms don't have this (but did have the desk w/ two... more

I needed to crash somewhere relatively close to the airport so I chose this hotel as it was relatively cheap. I paid about $70 for a room that had some nice amenities (stove, huge fridge, nice bathroom). The location was nice as it was right off Iliff street so there are a ton of bars/restaurants within a 10 minute drive.... more

Staff was very unfriendly. We had our evening interupted by a false fire alarm prank and later a very loud domestic disturbance. We couldn't wait to check out in the morning. The continental buffet was a package of doughnuts and a cup of coffee. more

This is easily THE WORST I've ever stayed in. They gave me a room in the 1st floor and we were woken up by drunks fighting. This wasn't a stray incident either since the cops acted like it was common. The room was HORRIBLE. Some reviewer gave it 5*'s and it has to be someone working at this place. The... more
