The Manager at the Aurora, Colorado location is VERY rude and not helpful. My husband and I stayed at the hotel in April and the service sucked! Staff was very unfriendly. We had our evening interupted by a false fire alarm prank and later a very loud domestic disturbance. We couldn't wait to check out in the morning. The continental buffet was a package of doughnuts and a cup of coffee. more
