I'm here about every 6 months or so for procedures at the Anschutz Cancer Center. Very handy place to stay. Panera Bread is like next door. Little tricky getting into the place in the dark and traffic but we'll worth the effort

We had a procedure at CU med school and chose to stay at the Spring Hill Suites across the street. Our room was very nice with a sitting area and sleeping area. There was a microwave and mini fridge. Our room faced Colfax and there was noise from the street and construction of the new VA hospital across the street.... More

we stay here frequently for doctors appointments for our kids across the street, usually 3 to 4 times per year. Staff is always helpful and friendly, rooms are always clean and breakfast good. The swimming pool is very small so we don't use it much.

Stayed here two nights on a visit to the campus. The room was Modern in design and I liked the use of wood. The staff were universally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was unremarkable but fine for what I needed. The exercise room was small but adequate.mThe hotel is very convenient to campus and the highway.

I chose this hotel because of its location to the University Hospital where I was attending a conference. It is about a block from this hospital and across the street from the Children's Hospital. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had free Wi-Fi and a breakfast was included in the price. I could not beat the location for my conference.... More

Dear Bmuransky, Thank you for commenting on your stay with us. Please accept my apologies for your noisy stay. We have experienced some issues in the past and we are happy to attempt to assign more quiet rooms when possible. We certainly have options in terms of the neighborhood noise and are happy to respond to otherwise "noisy" guests. Thank... More

I recently stayed here on vacation for a few nights and found it to be a nice hotel with clean rooms, roomy facilities, and cozy lobby area. The breakfast was very good and not too crowded, even on the weekend. Overall it was a good stay and met my expectations. I have no complaints.

Been to this hotel a couple of times. The start to my 2 day stay was rough. I got in late (around 1AM) and was greeted by a friendly front staff. I got to my room and thought it was odd - heated to probably 90 degrees. The bed looked like it had been sat on and then went into... More

Dear Dough_47N, Thank you for taking a moment to comment on your stay. Please accept my apologies for the first room we put you in. I have notified the housekeeping manager on this incident and we are working on some training with our team to insure this sort of thing won't happen again. Our shuttle does run once per hour... I seldom write reviews but my recent experience warrants one. I waited for 90 minutes for the hotel shuttle to pick me up from the hospital about one half mile away. Had to call reception three times, each time being told that the shuttle was just very busy. Finally when the shuttle finally arrived, the driver explained she had been... More

Good afternoon Sir, Thank you for taking a moment to comment on this no-show situation. Perhaps you haven't received my response through Marriott Customer Care. I responded to you on January 29th with both a voice message and an email message. I understand your frustration with this situation but I can assure you it has nothing do with you being... More

My Dad needed to have short notice emergent surgery at University. We were able to obtain an awesome suite the day of surgery and subsequently after. The front desk check in so great and made us feel at home. Whole building very much clean, open floor plan, and there is no lingering smell chlorine when near the pool/whirlpool. Or even... More
