Wonderful hotel: ambience, service, food, staff--all are genuinely welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to Mr. Max Bardell in reservations who went above and beyond to assist us, and made our trip wonderfully memorable. His gracious leadership is evident everywhere. Thank you! more

We spent the Fourth of July at the Hotel Jerome and were really disappointed. For the price, we were hoping for a bit better experience. The hotel is nice if you like historic places and the location is great...however, the customer service was just bad. From problems with the valet (waiting forever to park, luggage bag almost colliding with car),... more

I can't say enough about this hotel and its staff. It's very unassuming from the outside, but once you enter you feel like you have stepped back into the 1890's - but with all the modern conveniences. From the moment we arrived we felt like they were so happy we came and they could not do enough for us. We... more

Great hotel with ton’s of character…there was a bellman named Ryan Rusiski who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. He was very knowledgeable about the hotel and the Aspen area, which was of great help to me. Based on my experience I will be back very soon!! more

From the moment we drove up to the front of this historic property and were greeted by well-trained bellmen in cowboy hats and boots and spiffy white shirts, we knew that we were in for a unique experience! When we walked into the lobby, we felt like we had gone back in time to the late 1800s. The furnishings and... more

The service provided by the staff at the Jerome is outstanding. They could not do enough for you. As for the room, we were not disappointed. Our 1 bedroom suite was beautifully furnished (in a manner fitting the hotel's style) and very comfortable (as was the bed). The bathroom was also generously sized and the spa bathtub was great. I... more

I looked forward to my stay at the Jerome for its historical background and reputation. I was not dissapointed!! My suite was beautifully appointed with a fantastic view of the slopes. Service at the Jerome was gracious and attentive . Impeccably... more

The Hotel Jerome is a combination of old-world charm and modern hospitality. The property was clean, stylish, and welcoming. The staff members were gracious and attentive. The General Manager was especially amazing. He made himself available and took the time to ensure my comfort and satisfaction--quite impressive. Simply put, my stay at the Hotel Jerome was outstanding. I would recommend... more

The Jerome did not fail to fullfil my expectations. A gem of a property. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the view from our room faced the ski slopes, what an experience. The staff, food, location, and the excellent expresso coffee made my experience that more enjoyable. Will definately return soon. more
